Common questions
- The overlay won’t show. Make sure the site is in your tracked list (Settings → Tracked Websites) and that Active Hours, if enabled, includes the current time.
- I have a Pro code from uninstalling.Open Settings → Pro → paste it into the “Redeem” field.
- My trial expired. Free keeps working with up to 5 sites and 7 days of stats. Upgrade any time from Settings → Pro.
- Delete my data. Remove the extension to wipe local data, and email us to delete any email record we hold.
